Pat has been in the title business for over 25 years, starting South Land Title in 1995.  Since then, the Texan Title family of companies has grown to include other independent and local title companies, such as Brazos County Abstract in Bryan/College Station, Security Title in Abilene, Prominent Title in Austin, Guaranty Title in Navasota, Washington County Abstract in Brenham and Longhorn Title in Georgetown. In 2019, Texan Title added an underwriter, Texan Title Insurance Company, to the Texan Title family.

Senior Vice President & Controller  |

Jessica joined the Texan Title team in 2001.  Jessica has over 20 years accounting experience, the majority of which has been in the title insurance industry.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Valparaiso University and obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.  Jessica is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and also holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.  She is a member of the Texas Land Title Association, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Houston Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

General Counsel & Secretary  |          

Jeff joined the Texan Title team in 2015.  Jeff has over 20 years of legal experience in both private practice and in-house legal positions, together with 13 years’ experience in accounting and financial analysis.  Jeff obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Land Title Association.

Senior Vice President, Chief Title Officer & Legal Counsel |          

Brandon joined the Texan title team in 2018 and has been in the title insurance industry since 2000. Brandon has more than 20 years experience in the title industry providing support and compliance oversight for title agents. Brandon received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas and obtained a B.S. in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Land Title Association and is licensed as both a residential mortgage loan originator and a real estate broker.

Chief Information Officer |          

Todd joined Texan Title as the Chief Information Officer in 2018.  Todd has been in the Information Technology industry since 1994.  He is a southeast Texas native, born and raised in Orange.  He is a 1993 graduate of Texas A&M University.  Todd is looking forward to leading Texan Title's IT initiatives to support all areas of the company.  He brings with him a diverse background in information technology, management and digital marketing.

Vice President of Administration & Assistant Secretary  |          

Carolyn has been with Texan Title since 2000.  She has administrative oversight for all offices throughout the state, coordinates company-wide special events, and handles public relations.  She is the company representative with the Texas Department of Insurance for escrow officer licensing and continuing education.  She is also a liaison with the company’s underwriters, coordinating underwriter remittances and reconciliations.  Carolyn has a BA in Humanities from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and served on the Galveston City Council from 2014-2018. She was elected to the Board of Regents of the Galveston Community College District in May of 2022.

Vice President of Audit & Compliance  |          

Julie joined South Land Title in 2014 as an auditor in the policy department.  During this time, she was named as Employee of the Third Quarter and Employee of the Year.  She began her career in the title industry in 1984 and worked her way up to Senior Curative Specialist in the years that followed. She has since transitioned into leading the Audit and Policy Departments, where she oversees the company’s title policy audits.  She has three children and nine grandchildren.

Vice President of Escrow Support  |          

Kelly joined Texan Title in 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry, encompassing a broad spectrum of disciplines, including operations, marketing, strategic planning, employee training and customer relations.  She leads the company's Escrow Support Team, which provides escrow assistance for all of the company's offices. In addition, she oversees the compliance program for all of the Texan Title companies, including employee training on compliance, licensing, customer complaints, and the development and implementation of programs designed to update and track adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.

Vice President of RamQuest Support & Escrow Training |          

Tonya joined the company in 2000.  During her 29-year career in the title business, Tonya has worked as an escrow officer, office manager, escrow trainer, software trainer, and system software administrator.  In her current role, she provides support for the company's RamQuest users and leads the company’s escrow training program.
